Refund policy

Overview

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to contact us about a return. This does not apply to all products — see Non-returnable items below.

This policy applies to orders from Pocket Hearts, D8Makers, and Fantastic Feet placed through our store.

To be eligible for a return (where applicable), items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in original packaging where possible. You may open packaging to inspect your item. You will need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Please email chloe@pockethearts.ie within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the return.

If we accept your return, we will send you instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Do not send items back without contacting us first — unsolicited returns may not be accepted.

Return shipping

  • Defective, damaged, or wrong item: we cover return shipping
  • Change of mind (eligible items only): you cover return shipping

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours at chloe@pockethearts.ie with photos and we will help resolve it.

Handmade items — natural variations

Pocket Hearts, D8Makers glass, and other handmade pieces are individually crafted in our Dublin studio. Slight differences in colour, size, texture, or pattern are normal and part of what makes each piece unique. These are not considered defects.

Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind:

  • Custom and personalised Pocket Hearts — any heart made with your message, engraving, or other personalisation
  • Fantastic Feet casts, frames, and bespoke keepsakes
  • Gift cards and gift vouchers
  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery

Standard, non-personalised Pocket Hearts and D8Makers items may be returned within 30 days, subject to the conditions above.

Wholesale orders (trade accounts) are subject to separate terms agreed at the time of order.

If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, please email us before ordering or before sending anything back.

Exchanges

The quickest way to swap an item is to return the original (where eligible) and place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Banks and card providers may take several days to show the refund on your account.

International orders

Please contact chloe@pockethearts.ie before returning anything from outside Ireland. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
